Can a Canadian student find a waitressing job in London for a year?

I am hoping do go on an exchange year next year from my university, University of Toronto (Canada), to University College or King's College in London. Ideally I would love to have a part-time waitressing job somewhere around campus. Would it be hard for a Canadian student to get a job in London? Is it even legally possible?

I speak several languages and have waitressing experience.

No, i think you would be able to manage to find a watressing job. Anyway, I'm sure your University will help you to find a job. Have a chat with your Uni's student Union.
